ORDER ACCEPTANCE
To know that your order has been received, an email will be sent to you or to the email address you gave us when you placed the order notifying that POLKA DAVID FAVORS & GIFTS have received your order. We will only process your order upon receipt of payment.
POLKA DAVID FAVORS & GIFTS will soon be adding personalized products. All items that needs personalization shall be paid in full upon order.
ORDER AVAILABILITY
Most of our items are order basis. Before placing an order please inquire about the availability of the product you want to order especially if you would be needing it as soon as possible. The best way to contact us is through email.
Please allow 7 - 65 days for your order to be delivered (from the receipt date of the initial payment). In some cases until 90 days. Most of our POPULAR products are readily available but there are products that we still have to order from our supplier abroad. Any buyer shall be immediately notified thru email for orders which cannot be fulfilled indefinitely or for the time being.

Due to unstable and fluctuating dollar exchange rates, our prices may change without prior notice.
ORDER CHANGES &
CANCELLATIONS
You may change or cancel your
order as long as the order has not been shipped.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Order change is free of charge.
Any down payment made is forfeited for canceled orders.
You cannot change or cancel personalized items once the order has been processed.
POLKA DAVID DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING FROM THE HANDLING AND DELIVERY OF ORDERED GOODS BY ITS LOCAL PARTNER OR INTERNATIONAL PARTNER COURIER.
PAYMENT TERMS
A non-refundable 30% deposit of your order total cost (shipping included) shall be paid before we can process your order. An email
will be sent to you notifying that your order is ready for delivery.
The remaining balance shall be paid before delivery of your order. Customers
can always opt to pay in full the total amount of the order to minimize the
hassle. For COD payment method, 50% deposit of the total order cost
(shipping included) is required before we process your order. The remaining
balance shall be paid in cash upon delivery. Please email us at customerservice@polkadavid.com
after you have made the deposit. It is very important for us to process and
deliver our goods to our customers as fast as we could. Please inform us as
soon as you've made any payment so that we could process your order asap.
Deposit all payments at any branch of BPI
Island or Savings Bank. You can also deposit online at www.bpiexpressonline.com.
Account details will be included in the email notification which will be
sent to you after your purchase.
All pending orders without receipt of any payment
within 7 days upon placing the order will be void.
